For us, Kaori is more than a business; it is an environment where learning and growth flourish side by side with artisanal craftsmanship. Our youngest daughter, Millie, who never truly found her place within the constraints of the traditional school system, discovered (alongside other pursuits), more of a sense of belonging and free space for creative expression in helping in the business. She was witness to the initial journey building something from nothing. Through Kaori, she - and in fact all of us - found space to learn, experiment, and thrive on our own terms. Every candle we pour is a reflection of this journey: the courage to do things differently, the patience to learn by doing, and the joy of growing together.

Kaori is evolving into an Australian luxury brand, yet our core values remain unchanged: a devotion to quality, artistry, and meaningful connection. Each candle is meticulously hand-poured into exquisite glass vessels, designed to illuminate not just your home, but the story of a family who believes in the beauty of rising and the richness of learning outside the lines.
