Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated based on the cost of the order. Rates are explained at checkout. By placing an order you accept the shipping terms. 

When will my order be sent?
We dispatch orders Monday–Friday. (AEST/AEDT).

Most orders ship within 5 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking updates.

Delivery
All orders are delivered without signature and may be left at the delivery address even if the property is unattended.

Lost Parcel
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact Australia post.

Delivery Locations
We deliver to various locations worldwide. At checkout you will be able to see if Kaori delivers to your location by entering your address.
