Our products are hand-crafted with the finest ingredients, free from harmful chemicals, ensuring a high-quality experience for your customers.

No lock in ordering or contract.

Minimum opening order: $500
Minimum re-order: $300
Lead time: 7-14 business days from payment (plus shipping time) 

RRP for our products is: $62  $75 per luxury item.

Terms of Trade

Pricing

All wholesale prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST (unless stated)
Prices change from time to time for various reasons. 
Pre-payment is required prior to despatch, unless otherwise negotiated in consultation with Kaori
Orders are confirmed once payment is received

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is charged at cost and will be calculated at checkout.
Risk passes to the stockist on dispatch
Please inspect deliveries on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours

Damages, Faults & Returns

Kaori will replace or credit items that are faulty or damaged in transit (with photos) when notified within 48 hours
Change of mind returns are not accepted
Stockist Responsibilities
Products must be stored and displayed away from direct sunlight and heat
Kaori branding and product integrity must be maintained (no relabelling)

Online Selling

Online sales are permitted only with Kaori-approved product imagery and descriptions
Intellectual Property
All Kaori trademarks, imagery and content remain the property of Kaori

Acceptance

Placing an order confirms acceptance of these Terms of Trade.
